To facilitate better understanding of
On-Board Diagnostics (OBD) technology, the Center for Automotive Science &
Technology at Weber State University has established the National OBD Clearing
House through an US Environmental Protection Agency (US EPA) grant.
The National OBD Clearing House is dedicated to meet
the challenge to facilitate
communications, resolve issues and convey accurate and timely OBD
information between public officials and the automotive industry.
To achieve this goal, the Center will work
through its steering committee with its partners in the automotive
industry to gather and share information on OBD technology and regulatory
requirements with public officials and their staff.
